Art Walk/Run for the Family

The JLLC’s Art Walk/Run not only benefits the children of Lee County, but is an excellent outing for the entire family. Come out and walk, run or stroll! It truly is fun for all ages.

Art Walk/Run

The Art Walk/Run for children is one of our two primary fundraisers. The funds raised support various community organizations that focus on arts and literacy for children in Lee County. This years event will be Saturday April 11, 2009 at Jule Collins Smith Museum of Fine Art, beginning at 8:30.

Children attending the 2009 Art Walk/Run took great pleasure in creating Easter egg themed masterpieces throughout the morning. The staff of the Jule Collins Smith Museum was on hand to lend expert, artful guidance through the projects they sponsored on site that morning.
